Yes! On weekends (Friday-Sunday) and holidays, the minimum amount of coverage required is a wedding package of 6 hours.
Elopements are usually scheduled Monday–Thursday unless I’m already in the area.
-
i’ve been a photographer for 11 years and photographing strictly couples and weddings for 7.
-
anywhere and everywhere! i shoot weddings and elopements in locations both international and domestic, and no location is off the table.
-
my packages are all-inclusive, meaning that when you submit an inquiry, travel costs (if necessary) are researched and built into your brochure pricing before you get a response from me. when you receive your brochure, the pricing listed is the total cost and there are no additional fees, ever.
-
No, i do not. However, all of my booked couples receive my list of recommended vendors which lists everyone I love working with, including videographers!
-
An engagement session is included with all of my wedding packages. elopement packages do not include one.
-
you can expect roughly 100 images per hour of coverage.
-
engagement sessions (and all other non-wedding sessions) are 1.5 hours.
-
for weddings, roughly 8 weeks. elopement turnaround is roughly 6 weeks, and engagement sessions (and all other 1.5 hour sessions) are delivered in 4 weeks.
-
yes! once you’ve reserved a date with me or my associate, you can upgrade your package at any time to include more coverage. You cannot downgrade coverage unless in certain circumstances.
-
sure! you can add coverage at any time, even as late as the night of the wedding or elopement, as long as it doesn’t interfere with any other events or any pre-existing travel plans.
-
i have several that i work with on a regular basis, so if you add one to your package it will be with one of my regular associates.
-
all of my base packages include high-resolution, fully-edited digital images and the print release.
-
yes! once your gallery has been delivered, you always have the option to order prints and products directly from your gallery via my professional lab. these are much higher quality that a public print lab (such as walgreens) and are color corrected to match what i see on my screen while editing.
-
The only discount i offer is an associate-shot wedding. this means that my associate, who is explicitly trained by me in both shooting style and technique, shoots your wedding and i edit your images so it matches my other work. these wedding packages are $1,000 cheaper than packages with me as the lead photographer.
-
nope!
-
I do not have a specific payment schedule, actually. a retainer fee is required to reserve your date, and then you can pay the remaining balance in any increments at any time as long as it’s paid in full at least 2 weeks before your wedding or elopement.
some of my couples pay monthly, some pay in full, and some choose to pay random amounts at random times and all of those are okay!
-
all of my booked couples get a wardrobe guide to help you make the best outfit choices!
-
if you need to reschedule, you will need to pay a new retainer fee to reserve a new date.
if you need to cancel, you will be refunded a prorated amount of monies paid based on work already completed, non-refundable travel already reserved, etc.
the retainer fee is always non-refundable.
-
if the weather will be severe in terms of wind, rain, heat, etc. then a reschedule is always recommended for the best gallery outcome (especially if you’re having professional hair or makeup done, wearing colors that will show rain, etc.). if you’d prefer to move forward with your session regardless of bad weather (as long as it won’t affect my gear) we can absolutely do so. keep in mind that I do not photoshop out sweat, rain drops on clothing, etc.
-
I do! I love to start you off with a basic photography timeline to give you an idea of how i would structure your day as well as make sure we have enough time set back for each section of the day, and check in throughout the planning process to offer both my assistance as needed in finalizing your photography timeline and my opinion in regards to anything you’re struggling with.
all of my couples get access to my wedding guide as well, which is full of information on how to get the best photos throughout the day and explains why i make the suggestions i do.
